This is the holidays of mid-August, a one-week semester break from hectic school life. A time to be away from teachers, a time to be away from lessons, and a time to catch up on homework. Yes. It's so peaceful. In fact, it's so peaceful you won't want to do anything but to catch up on some sleep. Yes, sleep. Nowadays people like to sleep. There are also those who sleep more than 10 hours. Because school life is just hectic as ever.
I'll tell you how one of my holidays were.It's a Thursday, as in today. As expected, slept for less than 6 hours coz I was up online chatting with my friend until 4am. Woke up at 9am, it was raining heavily. So I waited for an hour and 15 minutes, until the rain to stopped, then I went out for breakfast. Then 12.45pm, I went for tuition in KL by train. Even though the weather's cool after the rain, I still sweat walking to the station... At least not as serious as in dry weathers. You don't wanna know. Tuition starts at 2pm and ended at 4pm. Reached home at about 5pm. On my way home from the station, I could see the cars of my fellow classmates, and the owners having chemistry tuition in a teacher's house.
Then came the night. 7pm, I was watching Death Note in Youtube. 7.30pm had me dinner. 8pm went to my room to do my homework. 10.30pm, went out for supper came back at 11.30pm. Then I online...
Here comes the reason I want a pc for my own. Be it a laptop, or a MAC. When siblings grow older, they tend to not share anymore. And they'd stick to a shared item for a long time and then give it back to you at 3am in the morning. Yes. The house pc has been hugged by my brother for 2 hours from 1am... And he's been playing DOTA from god knows what time in the morning... Says he has to fight with his friends to find out who's the king... In the middle of the night! I guess the whole point of playing at night is to prove who can stand the night the longest and who falls first shall be called loser, spin 5 rounds and say pikachu, and to be called NOOB everywhere he goes. Whilst the winner, gets to be called 'KING OF THE NIGHT'... for sheer durability through the night. Haiz...
And guess what, he's got a girlfriend already... And he and I know, his girlfriend does not online at night, but he still opens his msn. Sometimes just for F**Ks... The point is, he's been occuppying the pc since morning, why can't I have my turn in the night? I'm the one that has to use it at night. I had to lose my sleep but he doesn't NEED TO! The PC's not yours goddamit! When it was my turn, I open my msn... and it was empty... Nobody's staying up as late as I am... Or should I say, nobody's as stupid as I am... to lose sleep and be weak in the morning.
I guess the only logical thing to do is to let him have all the fun, from morning till dawn, dusk to night...night to morning... And I'll leave the pc for good, and get something better for myself.
Sometimes people don't change, sometimes things stay the way it was. Only you have the power to change it. Some don't care about changing. Some scared of change, coz they'd probably have to be responsible for mistakes. Some don't mind changing, and some likes changes. Just when you thought, after his apology, he'll stop his sissy-ness in front of people... Like I said, sometimes people don't change, and he'd stay in his sissy state and he doesn't care.
I don't know what the future holds, but I've been living in mystery for so many years... So why can't I do it? Why can't I make a change for once? Why am I afraid to make a change? What am I even afraid of? Why not I just say it when I see it?
